of / Abstract of the project
The
child house Tirana is open leisure facilities for street children, children from
ruined parental homes, children of former refugees and children from social
weakly supplied families between 6 and 16 years independent of ethical and
cultural origin, their religion, membership
and their sex.. The Kinderhaus Tirana is open leisure facilities for
street children. The integration of more partly handicapped children is natural
in the context of the possibilities.
The
child house is opened from Monday till Sunday, from 08.00 hour till 20.00 hour.
The support of the children runs in the Therapeutically
accommodation unit in the night-times.
The open area which makes it possible for the children to make first contacts
with attendants and educationalists as well as under each other and frame offers
them one for the interaction and with that to the social Attendants forms the
network core of the educational work.
A particularly intensive studying field for the children is the education.
The tasks of the
child house Tirana are as follows:

By
the child house the children became able to act consciously and to improve their
learned potential. These feelings of success make easier handle injuries and
analyse the causes of the unworthy treatment without a direct accusation.
Individual identity and group identity are strengthened by mutual respect since
the children get on in the meantime and are ready to accept and to understand
people like their. Aim of the child house also has doing it, everything to be
supported and promoted around the process of the Alonefeind included the
cooperation with state and not state institutions.
The
child house Tirana has an essential influence on the values and behaviours of
the children. The integral education and support are here in the foreground. By
project end, 450 children shall be looked, 350 children of it with the community
worker unity and 100 children in the child House of Tirana.

The
NHPA took on its job in the university pediatric clinic as humanitarian
organization .(see statute and program/registration, Reg. Court of nb.722/1,
Albanian Court) 2-1-2000
In the order of the German embassy Tirana and on enquiry from the management of
the university hospital was built up one coordination office for the
rehabilitation measures of the university pediatric clinic. The NHPA got the
order to coordinate all helps by foreign organizations and to guarantee the
distribution process.
The NHPA maintained this office, what was made available free of charge by the
clinic management, with 5 employees.
The restoration and equipment was guaranteed by the NHPA. The construction of an
additional magazine for high-quality operation instruments belonged to it and
their administration and version ensured the NHPA. (see the letter foreign

Further main emphasis was the new construction of an Archives as well as new
care documentations. To this weekly seminars were held with the respective
leading nurses and doctors.
The international registration of the NHPA was carried out in SOS Mediterranean
Network in April.
In May the NHPA got the order by the Hessian Department of the Interior and the
German Military- attaché to build up 3 game rooms in the paediatric clinic and
to submit these able to work.
This removal was made by the German ambassador in Albania.
For the children of this clinic toys and clothes were collected and distributed
by the NHPA in Germany.
With
members of different diplomatic representations were financed from the medicine
for children fallen ill heavily and for them to stay abroad.
Additional to these Tasks became
with the members of the organization (38 registered members) in March 2000 and
April 2000 in cooperation with the German embassy and this one
Language Tirana university Environmental actions and cleaning carried out
by municipal areas.
With the GTZ one environmental seminar (waste separation and utilization, clinic
and special waste) was held after that.
The NHPA got in May 2000 the order by Caritas meals to install a radiator system
and to carry out control of the construction work in cooperation with the
technical relief organization to the padiatric clinic.
Already in June 2000 and July 2000 we got the order in Tirana by the
representative of the German World Hunger Help for the project Child House what
should take ist work already on September 1st, 2000.
The project pediatric clinic Tirana was ended successfully in August and could
be submitted.
What a project running time of 9-1-2000 to 12-31-2003 expelled concentrated the
whole work of the NHPA on the construction of the child house Tirana now. (the

What exclusively uses
for the work under the patronage of the Germans embassy Tirana in the university
paediatric clinic had the NHPA a sales volume of DM 650,000 was in the year
2000.
The project car value DM 15,000 was submitted to the Albanian police as a
donation after completion of the project.
In the year 2001 an
office new building could in this
Value of 75.000 DM as well as one Outer ventilation plant for the kitchen area
to the value of 3.500 DM the child house is submitted to for the free use by the
NHPA.
An ambulance was
submitted to the community worker unity of the child house Tirana by the NHPA in
the value of DM 20,000 for the use in August 2002.
